About Hanes Mall

Located at 3320 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, Hanes Mall operates as an other food place serving Winston-Salem in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Hanes Mall at (336) 765-8321; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is shophanesmall.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 11,687 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Winston-Salem is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Winston-Salem is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My wife and I brought our young grandkids here in the morning to enjoy a little adventure with them and to give their parents a break. While I wouldn’t call this a vibrant mall (there are several empty storefronts, some areas that could have been cleaner, and inconsistent air conditioning, we had a good time here. The variety of stores, food court, play area for small children, and carousel made for a fun visit.

I have seen this mall when it was in its prime in the 90s. This mall has really gone downhill over the years. The decor is dated, worn out, and looks dirty. The kiosks are not lively like they once were. The cookie factory took out the cookie oven where kids could stand and watch the cookies bake. At Christmas time the whole place would be decked out every inch to look like Santa's workshop. The elevator now sticks most of the time. The mall food court food is mediocre at best. Come on mall, I've been coming to this mall since I was 3 years old with my mom who always got me a cookie pop from the cookie house and I do the same thing with my kids now but it's not the same, it's lost it's magic. It used to have a pet store, williams and Sonoma, etc. Folks can walk the mall in the mornings and get coffee and mingle which is nice. Bring in some better stores and update the place drastically. Also have someone clean the glass and floors because it just looks nasty and dirty. This mall also has seen a lot of violence and gun shootings in the last few years so the security needs to be updated with security guards at the main entrances.

We went to once upon a child and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. The young man with the purple hair helped us spot a good deal. The lady in Journey had really good patience.

This is my second visit to this still EXTREMELY busy mall. When I went on January 3rd at about 3pm, the parking lot was absolutely loaded. Having to park back 25 rows because every spot is full is a great thing for this mall. Inside, there is just about anything you could need, from Hot Topic, H&M, Gap to Eddie Bauer, a huge food court, and three gigantic department stores to fill your needs. There's even a USPS store inside. Except for two wings once anchored by a big department store, there's no dead areas in this mall at all. There's very few empty stores here as well. One note is that JCPenney is the "middle" anchor store and so you will have to walk THROUGH JCPenney to get to the other half of the mall where the food court is (if you came in by Belk). Overall, this mall is fantastic. It's super spacious, was extremely clean, and had many kiosks, a merry-go-round, vending areas, plenty of benches and seating throughout. There was even a train roaming around the second floor! Incredibly neat. There were a lot of security guards roaming around as well which is a nice bonus for how busy this mall was when I went. If the two (of five) anchor stores that are closed off from the mal

Nothing like going to the mall right before Christmas doing last minute shopping. This is a two story mall. The place was decorated nice for Christmas. This place has a lot of stores. There is a little something for everyone to be found here. Lot of food options in the food court and outside the mall. Getting in the parking lot can be tricky.
